Appointment Policy

Please be aware that a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to reserve your appointment. We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable, and you may need to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice. If 48 hours' notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Your paid deposit will be added to a future appointment. "No show" appointments will be charged the full amount of the service. Last-minute cancellations and "no shows" leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without a timely notice. Notifying us that you are unable to make your appointment, will enable us to schedule another client. This will maintain a higher availability of services for you as well as others. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate your needs; however, we may need to reschedule your appointment. 

Return Policy

Red Barn Beauty prides ourselves on providing you with exceptional service and care. All menu prices listed on the "Service Menu" located at the spa and the "Book Now" (Online) tab on the website are base prices. The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the length of the service that you receive. Your esthetician will inform you of the price prior to your service beginning. Payment for spa services is expected to be paid at the time of service.


Red Barn Beauty does not issue refunds for spa services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the spa, please notify us within 48 hours of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the spa so that the service can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling within one week of the initial service.

Salon Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, please return it within 7 days after sale date, and we will offer you an exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please note that we are unable to offer refund(s), replacement(s), or exchange(s) on any opened or used goods. 

Payment Types

We gladly accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
